Edit Commodity Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to edit the attributes assigned to a commodity in a commodity table.

1. Double-click on a specification in the Explorer.

The Spec properties dialog box opens.

3. From the drop-down list of commodity tables select the commodity table where you want to edit items.

4. Click the All commodities option.

This displays all commodities in the current table. Commodities with check marks are included in the current specification.

5. Double-click the commodity you want to edit.

The Edit commodity dialog box appears.

In this field...	Enter/Do this...
Table	Nothing - this is a view-only field.
Name	Type a name for the commodity.
Code	Type a code value if required.
ID	Nothing - this is a view-only field.
Color selection box	Click to access the color selection box where you can change the color assigned to the commodity.
Category options	Click one of the Category options.
Type options	Click one of the Type options.
OK	Click to save changes to the database and close the dialog box.
Cancel	Click to close the dialog box without saving changes.
Apply	Click to save changes to the database without closing the dialog box.
