Creating a New Specification: Introduction

To create a new specification, you must perform these procedures:

Create the new specification and assign general parameters

Assign component types, groups, and individual components to the specification

Ø  Note: Creating a new specification is different from Adding a specification. Creating refers to generating a new specification, adding refers to making an existing specification accessible to one or more users.
