Add New (Commodity) Table Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create a new, empty commodity table. You can add commodities to the new table in a separate procedure.

1. In the Specification Explorer, double-click the specification name.

The Spec properties dialog box appears.

Ø Note: You can also add a new commodity table when you create a new spec using the Create spec wizard.

2. Click the Service/Commodity tab (or click Next to access the Service/Commodity page of the Create spec wizard).

3. Click the Menu button.

4. From the menu, select Create table.

The Add new table dialog box appears.

In this field...	Enter/Do this...
Commodity table input box	Type a name for the new commodity.
OK	Click to save changes to the database and close the dialog box.
Cancel	Click to close the dialog box without saving changes.
