Resetting All Members of a Project

Resetting all the members of a project allows you to “undo” the setting of all members in a project. All users who initially had access to the project will remain checked and have access, while the others will no longer have access.

To reset all members of a project…

1.        In the Project Manager window, click the Users tab.

2.        Right click in the Users tab.

The right-click menu appears.

3.        From the menu, select Reset All Members of Project.

All the members who were not initially given access to the project will be denied access again.
