Updating Project Shortcuts

Project files and folders receive a system-generated name when they are created. You cannot rename these files. Instead, you can create user named shortcuts to the project folders and design files (using the Project Name dialog box or tab).

You can update shortcut file names to reflect the most recent list of user defined design and project names at any time.

To update shortcuts...

1.    From the Tools menu, select Rebuild Shortcuts.

       The Update Shortcuts dialog box appears.

2.    Click Start.

       The Status bars indicate update progress.

3.    When all projects and design shortcuts update, click Done to close the Update Shortcuts dialog box.
