Open the Create Project Wizard and create a new main project.

Open the project or subproject selected in the Explorer pane.

Opens the Project Properties dialog box, where you can view the tabs for: Project Name, Working Folder, Project Lines, Project Specs, and Units.

Opens the Create New User Wizard to add a user to the list.

Deletes the currently selected user from the database.  This button is only active when a user is highlighted in a project.

Opens the User’s Properties dialog box to add or remove roles assigned to the user.  This button is only active when a user is highlighted in a project.

Opens the User’s Properties dialog box to change their password.  This button is only active when a user is highlighted in a project.

Import project from an exported project file (*.pef).  Projects may be exported using the Import Project from External File command from the Tools menu.
