There are various features available on the Pop-up menu that allow the user to control the number and order of the Objects (Definitions/Rows) that make up the contents of a Collection.
To add a row:
Select the last row in the Collection.
Right click and select Add Row to add a new row to the Collection.
Double click the various fields of the row to change the values, to set file paths, etc.
To delete a row:
Select the row to be deleted.
Right click and select Delete Row to delete it.
To copy a row:
Select the row to be copied.
Right click and select Copy Row. The row is copied and appears beneath the row that was copied.
Double click the various fields of the row to change some of the values, to set file paths etc.
To move a row up:
Select the row that will move up the list.
Right click and select Move Row Up from the Pop-up menu. The row moves up one level to be higher in the list.
Repeat to move the row further up the list.
To move a row down:
Select the row that will move down the list.
Right click and select Move Row Down from the Pop-up menu. The row moves down one level to be higher in the list.
Repeat to move the row further down the list.
