Select >> Boundary Faces

• Select >> Boundary Faces command selects all the faces which reside on the boundary of  the active shell.

• Generally, the regions near the boundary of scanned data contain more measurement errors. Therefore, it is a good idea to select and remove boundary portions before starting the registration and merging processes.

Step

Execute Select >> Boundary Faces command as follows:

          1. Select Select >> Boundary Faces from the menu or click the icon from the Select toolbar.
