Ref. Geometry >> Transform command translates or rotates a reference coordinate and rotates a reference plane.
When a reference coordinate is transformed, a shell which has the reference coordinate bound to it is also transformed. Also other reference geometries bound to the shell are transformed.
A user can discriminate the reference coordinate bound to a shell with the color of selected reference geometries specified by user at File >> Preferences (default color is yellow) by selecting the shell.
