• Ref. Geometry >> Create >> Point >> Project on Shell command creates reference point by projecting existing reference point onto a polygon model. A user can specify the projection method in the Project Ref. Point Options dialog box.

Execute Ref. Geometry >> Create >> Point >> Project on Shell command as follows:

1. Select Ref. Geometry >> Create >> Point >> Project on Shell from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Reference toolbar.

2. Select the shell on which you will project the existing reference point.

3. Specify the direction along which you want to project the existing point onto the shell in the Project Ref. Point Options dialog box.

4. Select an existing reference point you want to project onto the shell.
