Ref. Geometry  >> Create >> Plane > From Ref.Cylinder

• Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Plane > From Ref.Cylinder command creates a Ref.plane using section and axis of  Ref.Cylinder  

 Step   

Execute Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Plane > From Ref.Cylinder: as follow

1. Select Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Plane > From Ref.Cylinder from the menu or click the icon from the reference toolbar and Pick Ref.Cylinder

2. Following dialogue should appeared as below 

                 

User can adjust max/min position of slice by Max/ Min Position slide, if user move Max slide, blue plane of max limitations shell move, otherwise red one does.

Option Number of Slice in Slicing Method deicide slicing method by number of sections, otherwise user can select Width of Slice and type slice width as a method.   

Select Slicing Method and Min/Max Position, and then select Preview to check result.

3. Select Create to end the Execution.

Note  

• This Function makes a sectional of Ref.Cylinder into Ref.Plane.
• To slice Ref.Geometry, RapidForm2004 uses axis of Ref.Cylinder
