Ref. Geometry  >> Create >> Box > From Ref.Cone

• Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Box > From Ref.Cone command creates a Ref.Box  using origin and axis of  Ref.Cone.

 Step   

Execute Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Box > From Ref.Cone: as follow

1. Select Ref.Geometry >> Create >> Box > From Ref.Cone from the menu or click the icon from the reference toolbar and pick Ref.Cone .

2. Following dialog should be appeared. 

    

Type rotation angle of X,Y,X Axis in Rotation and size of X,Y,Z direction of box in Size of Ref.Box.

Default value of Rotation and Size is axis angle and average radius of selected Ref.Cone.

If user select Pick, User can pick Ref.Coordinate and Rapidform uses direction of selected Ref.Coordination as a Rotation angle.

If user selects Use Local Coordinate option, the following message appears.

   

If a user selects a coordinate after pressing OK button, Rotation and Size of Ref.Box is represented by value to basis of selected local coordinate. If user doesn't select any coordinate and push the Preview or OK button, the following message should appear.

   

After input value, select Preview to check result.

3. Select OK to end the Execution.
