• Tool >> Divide >> with Polyline command divides a shell into two parts with user input polyline.

Step   

Execute Tool >> Divide >> with Polyline command as follows:

1. Select Tool >> Divide >> with polyliner from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the polygon Tool1 toolbar.

2. Select a shell. ( See Shell selection )

3. On RMB menu, Select Start to draw interpolate curve. 

    Picked points can be moved by dragging them with the left mouse button after selecting Move Point on RMB menu.

    Pause, the default option of the popup menu, is used to temporarily stop the current command.( input ready state )

4. Polyline can be created through continuously picking the next points.

5. After picking all the points, click right mouse button again, then select End.

6. Dialogue should appear like below figure

If you check Cap sectional ends option, after divide, section of divided shell is filled

• Polyline can be drawn on empty space.
