• Information >> Report Information commands store the information inquired by you into the memory buffer or clean it from the buffer or output a report to a Microsoft Excel document. 

Execute Information >> Report Information >> Store / Clear / Report commands as follows:

1. Inquire the information you want to know about such as reference geometry, shell, model and so on.

2. If you want to store the information shown on the screen to the memory buffer, select Information >> Report Information >> Store.

If user executes Store command without selecting any entity, following dialogue should appeared. 

      

rapidform just store screen shot only with user inputted description into memory buffer.

If Store succeed, Following message appear.

 

3. If you want to clear all the memory buffer, select Information >> Report Information >> Clear.

4. If you want to output report with the data in the memory buffer to a Microsoft Excel document, then select Information >> Report Information >> Report. and then rapidform launch Microsoft Excel document automatically.
