Edit >> Copy

• Edit >> Copy command copies selected faces, if any, to the clipboard.

• When there is no selected face, all the faces of the active shell are copied to the clipboard.

Step   

Execute Edit >> Copy command as follows:

1. To copy all the faces of the active shell, proceed directly to step 2. Otherwise, select the faces to be copied using selection tools. ( See Select )

2. Select Edit >> Copy from the menu or click the icon from the Edit toolbar.

3. When execute this command without selecting any faces in advance, the following verification message appears.

Select Yes to copy all the faces of the active shell to the clipboard.

Note  

• When executing Edit >> Copy, previous contents of the clipboard are deleted and only the newly selected faces remain in the clipboard.
