• Curve  >> Tool >> Detach from Shell command disconnects curves from the connected shell.

Step   

Execute Curve  >> Tool >> Detach from Shell command as follows:

1. Select Curve  >> Tool >> Detach from Shell from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Curve toolbar.

2. Select curves to be detached by mouse drag.

3. When the selection of curves is finished, clicks the right mouse button to pop-up the following menu.

       

4. Click Done on the pop-up menu.

• The selected curves are detached from the shell and they become Space Curve.

• If the selected curves are connected to unselected curves of the shell, the following error message will pop-up and the operation is canceled.

• If the selected curves are components of a loop or template, the following error message will pop-up and the operation is canceled.
