Curve >> Edit >> Transform
Curve >> Edit >> Transform command changes the coordinates of selected curves.
This operation changes the orientation of a curve after rotates, translates or scales it.
Step
Execute Curve >> Edit >> Transform command as follows:
1. Select Curve >> Edit >> Transform from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Edit toolbar.
2. Select curves. ( See Select >> Entities >> Curve )
3. Click OK on the right mouse button pop-up menu. The following dialog box appears.

Input the amount of coordinate transform in each field. Rotate and Translate field interprets the inputted value depending on the unit specified by External Data Unit in General tab of Preferences dialog box. ( See File >> Preferences ) Scale bigger than 1.0 means magnification in size, while scale smaller than 1.0 means reduction in size.
Use Local Coordinate - If checked, this dialog box appears:
Click OK button and pick a reference coordinate. Then all the transformations will be based on this coordinate.
4. Click OK button to complete this command.
Note
You have to select curves connected to only one shell.
