Curves command creates the curves with
the features of the shell.
Step
- Execute
Curve >> Create >> Feature
Curves command as follows:

Select Curve >> Create >> Feature
Curves from the menu or click
the corresponding icon from the Curve toolbar.
- The
following dialog box appears:

- During
this period, if a user right-click, the following shortcut menu
appears:

- If
"Discard Curve" is clicked, a user can pick accepted
curves in order not to make them the candidates of feature curves; if "Accept
Curves" is clicked, a user can pick curves created from
feature calculation in order to make them candidates of feature
curves; if "Accept All Curves" is clicked, all the
curves created from feature calculation are automatically made
candidates of feature curves; if "Discard All Curves"
is clicked, all the accepted curves become non-candidate of
feature curves; with "Interactive Connection" commend, user can
connect candidates of feature curves, if "Pick Radius Points" is clicked, a
user can pick two points in order to use their radius as the "Feature
Radius".
- Feature
curves whose radius is less than inputted "Feature Radius"
are created.
- If
"Use Shell Curvature" option is checked, the shell
curvature is applied.
- If "Create
Sharp Edge" option is checked, virtual sharp edge will be
created.
- If "Extend
& Trim Curves" option is checked, the found curves are extended
to be trimmed with neighbor curves.
- If "Quick
Mode" option is checked, rapidform searchs the feature curve in a Quick
Mode. Because feature curve detection is CPU intensive operation, it is very useful to try Quick Mode if the model's feature line is
not so complex.

Click OK when all parameters are inputted.
