Curve  >> Create >> Slice on Predefined Position

• Curve  >> Create >> Slice on Predefined Position command slice curve where user wants to make using global/local coordinate information.

Step

Execute Curve >> Create >> Slice on Predefined Position command as follows:

1. Select Curve >> Create >> Slice on Predefined Position command from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Curve toolbar.

2. Double click Type column on list window, and select slice type.

3. Click Axis column to select reference axis for slicing.

4. Input value in Disp / Angle / Radius column. this value can be used for location of slicing on reference axis

    If you select your own local coordinate instead of global coordinate for reference axis, Just click Local Coord column than pick local coordinate in workspace window.

    Then, X of Local Coord column will changed into O.

5. After set slicing parameter,  Click Slice button and pick a shell in the Workspace window of rapidform

Function

          1. Clear : Function clear selected parameter

          2. Clear All : Function initialize all parameter window

          3. Set Local Coord To. All : With this Function, You can synchronize all reference coordinate of list with one. Click the button and pick coordinate in Workspace window.

          4. Save : You can save all parameter into file

          5. Load : you can reload saved parameter

• With this commend, User can apply several slicing parameter at once.
