Clean >> Clean Crossing Faces

• Clean >> Clean Crossing Faces command searches and corrects crossing faces in the selected shells.

• All the detected crossing faces are removed by applying smoothing function to them. Still remaining crossing faces are deleted and new faces are automatically generated in place of them.

 Step   

Execute Clean >> Clean Crossing Faces command as follows:

1. Select Clean >> Clean Crossing Faces from the menu or the icon from the Clean toolbar.

2. Select all the shells you want to clean by dragging the mouse with left button pressed.

3. Click right mouse button, the following popup menu appears.

3. If you want to clean all the visible shells, select All. Then select Done.

Note  

• New faces may not be generated after removing crossing faces. In this case, try Tool >> Fill Holes of Shell / Region command.
