- Execute Build >> Options >> Set Register Options command as follows:
- 1. Select Build >> Options >> Set Register Options command from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Build toolbar.

Num. of Max. Iteration means the number of maximum iteration the registrations between shells repeat. It should be a positive integer. Recommended value is between 5~10.
Max. Average Deviation means the maximum value of the average deviations between shells. It should be a positive number. Recommended value is between 0.01~0.001.
Remove Outliers deletes regions regarded noise
which is located on some offset from main region. It is recommended to
activate this option on most case of register.
In case of deactivation, It will take more time to register than
activation.
Show Each Shell Separately allows you to determine whether or not to use two separate windows for Build > Register > 2 Shells functionality.
The global registration process stops repeating if one of the fields of Num. of Max. Iteration and Max. Average Deviation is satisfied.2. Check the box in the front of a desired option, then change the number in the corresponding field.
3. Press OK button.
