The EnumNurbsCurveItemInLayer syntax has these parts:

Part	Description
layerID	[IN] RFEntityID Required. Layer's RFEntityID.
pItemIDs	[IN] RFEntityID Required. RFEntityIDs of entities in specified layer.
piItemCount	[IN, OUT] Long Required. The number of entities in specified layer.

Remarks

Memory storage space of pItemIDs array needs to be allocated by the size of piItemCount prior to calling this method.
