Retrieves the entity ID of the corner vertex of the left face if manifold.

• In case that edge-use is not manifold, that is, there are more than two faces sharing this edge-use, retrieved result will not have a valid value. Use RFEdgeUse.IsManifold method to check if the edge-use is manifold or not.
