View > Objects controls which objects are active in the Model Manager and which objects appear in the Viewing Area. These are mouse-free methods of activating objects, which allows the action to be recorded in a macro.
Edit Object Color - changes the color of the active object (only if Object Color is checked on the Primitives Manager) to help differentiate multiple objects that are in the same phase. Distinct object colors are useful when working with component scans. The parameter is:
Color ID dropdown - assigns one of sixteen colors to the active object.
Hide All (or Alt-0) - deactivates all objects in the Model Manager and makes them disappear from the Viewing Area.
Hide Inactive (or Alt-1) - makes the non-active object(s) disappear from the Viewing Area.
Show All (or Alt-9) - makes all objects visible in the Viewing Area but does not activate any.
Hide/Show Next (or Alt-2) - Deactivates the current object and activates the next object listed in the Model Manager.
Hide/Show Prev (or Alt-3) - Deactivates the current object and activates the previous object listed in the Model Manager.
