There are two categories of menus in Geomagic products:
Menus in Menu Bar - The Menu Bar contains access to the default menus (such as File, View, Points, Polygons, CAD, and Analysis). Some menus are phase-specific -- they appear (or are active) only when the model is in a specific phase of the engineering process, such as the Polygons menu, while others appear at all times, such as the Help menu. Functions on menus in the menu bar are often duplicated by the Right-Click menus or by icons on the tool bars. You can click and drag the Menu Bar to other locations on the screen.
Right-Click Menus - are context-sensitive menus that contain frequently-used functions. There are several types of Right-Click Menus:
Right-Click menu of the Model Manager - The right-click menus in the Model Manager are different for each kind of object or sub-object that is highlighted.

Panels -
Manager Panel (Default, Show, or Hide) - specifies whether to show or hide the Management Panel.
Info Panel (Default, Show, or Hide) - specifies whether to show or hide the “Secondary Managers” described under Management Panel.
Wizard Panel (Default, Show, or Hide) - specifies whether to show or hide the special panel of the Wizards Menu.
Toolbars - controls the sets of icons that appear in the top and right-hand toolbars.
Customize -
Toolbars tab - controls the sets of icons that appear in the top and right-hand toolbars.
Commands tab - allows additional functions to be dragged onto the right-click menu of the Viewing Area. see Customizing the Right-Click menu of the Viewing Area.
Right-Click menu of the Viewing Area - affects the Viewing Area. To customize this right-click menu, see Customizing the Right-Click menu of the Viewing Area.
Right-Click Menu per Object - Every type of object and sub-object that can appear in the Model Manager has a Right-Click Menu. The following bullets describe the more common Right-Click Menu items.
Menu Items that are Common to Many Right-Click Menus
Show / Hide - include (don’t include) this object in the set of objects that appear in the Viewing Area.
Pin / Unpin - make an object immune to spatial re-positioning such as caused by alignment functions (subject an object to re-positioning functions).
Ignore / Consider - make an object immune (not immune) to certain functions that would operate on it because it exists, such as Tools > Registration > Global Registration. The alternative would be to Delete the object from the Model Manager, which may be undesirable. An Ignored object has a red X on its icon in the Model Manager.
Delete - remove this object from the Model Manager.
Replace - delete this object from the Model Manager and replace it with one that is selected from the file system.
Save - save this object to the file system.
Rename - rename this object.
Create / Break Group - create a new folder named Group N and insert this objet into it (delete the folder in which this object is stored, thus moving this object and possibly others one level higher in the Model Manager.

Right-Click Menu Items of Datum and Feature Objects
Show/Hide - makes the datum or feature visible or invisible in the Viewing Area.
Copy to World - copies the Datum or Feature to the World object in the Model Manager.
Select Entities - selects the geometric entities on the object which were used to create this datum or feature
Delete - deletes a Datum or Feature from the object.
Rename - renames a Datum or Feature.
Export - saves a Datum (not a Feature) to a .IGS file.
Right-Click Menu Items of Clusters Objects (which is a sub-object of an unordered point object)
Select Clusters -

Merge Clusters -
Delete Clusters -
New Cluster -
Right-Click Menu Items of a Datums Folder or Features Folder
Hide All / Show All - makes all Datums or Features in the folder visible or invisible in the Viewing Area.
Copy All to World - copies all Datums or Features in the folder to the World object in the Model Manager.
Delete All - deletes all Datums or Features from the folder and the folder itself.
Export All - saves all Datums (not Features) in the folder to a single .IGS file.
Customizing the Right-Click menu of the Viewing Area
Right-click any toolbar.
In the pop-up menu, left-click Customize
In the Customize dialog, click the Commands tab.
Choose an operation you would like to include in the right-click menu by choosing the operation’s standard menu in the Category list, and then choosing the operation itself in the Commands list. Drag the operation into the Right Mouse Menu list at the desired position.
Insert submenus and separators as needed by choosing an operation in the Right Mouse Menu list and clicking Insert Submenu and Insert Separator. An inserted submenu or separator appears beneath the active operation.
To delete a component (operation name or separator) of the right-click menu, drag it out of the Customize dialog.
Click Reset to restore the right-click menu to its original settings, or click OK to adopt changes.
