View > User-Defined Views allows customization and management of views. User-defined views supplement the set of predefined views. All reports are generated with respect to a specific View, possibly a user-defined View.
View > User-Defined Views > Save - prompts for a name and establishes the current orientation of the object as a user-defined view. The name of all user-defined views appear at the top of the View > User-Defined Views sub-menu.
The controls are:
Name - specifies the name which will appear at the top of the View > User-Defined Views sub-menu.

OK button - saves this View and terminates the dialog.
Cancel button - terminates the dialog without saving a View.
View > User-Defined Views > Remove - removes a View from the list at the top of the View > User-Defined Views sub-menu.
