Tools > Macros > Record starts the recording a macro.
Click the Record icon or Tools > Macro > Record.
Enter a unique name for this macro, and a scripting language in which to store it.
Perform a sequence of commands.
Click the End icon or Tools > Macro > End.
Click Yes.
