Tools > Panel Options... controls the set of managers that appear on the management panel. By default, the panels are the Manager Panel (containing the Model, Textures, Primitives, Display, and Dialog managers) and the Info Panel (containing the Model Info, Macro, Macro Server, and Bounding Box managers).
You can create a new panel, move existing managers to it by using the Up and Down buttons, or delete a panel after all managers are removed from it. Other panel operations include:
To show (or hide) any panel:
Right-click on any toolbar or unused portion behind the tab on a manager panel.
Left click on Panels and the name of the panel you want to change.
Click Show, Hide, or revert to the Default appearance.
To hide a panel, click the X at the top-right corner of the panel.
To move a panel, left-click it and drag it to a new location.
