Tools > Datums > Copy Datums allows one or more datums to be copied between objects in the current model, such as to the World Object. This enables datums to be shared among similar objects.
The parameters on the Copy Datums dialog are:
Source Object - a list of objects in the Model Manager. Select the object whose datum(s) must be copied to the Destination Object.
Destination Object - a list of objects in the Model Manager. Select the object that must receive a copy of one or more datums from the Source Object.
Datum Selection Box - a list of datums that exist in the Source Object. Highlight the name of one datum to copy, or shift-click or Ctrl-click more than one datum to copy to the Destination Object.
OK button - stores the datum to its destination the Model Manager and closes the dialog.
Cancel button - closes the dialog.
