Polygons > Sharpening Wizard guides the user through the process of sharpening a polygon object by chaining several other functions together. When called by the Sharpening Wizard, each individual function is similar to its stand-alone function and form, and has a Next button to transfer control to the next function in the sequence. The sequence is:
Contours > Detect Contours - The goal of this step is draw orange contour lines on the high angularity between generally flat regions. The Next button transfers control to Edit Vertices.
Curves > Edit Vertices - The goal of this step is to edit until happiness is achieved. When called by the Sharpening Wizard, Edit Vertices has/does not have XYZ. The Next button transfers control to Extend Tangent Lines.
Sharpen > Extend Tangent Lines - The goal of this step is to make the tangent lines even longer, if necessary. When called by the Sharpening Wizard, Extend Tangent Lines has/does not have XYZ. The Next button transfers control to Edit Vertices.
Curves > Edit Vertices (again) - The goal of this step is to get happy again. When called by the Sharpening Wizard, Edit Vertices has/does not have XYZ. The Next button transfers control to Sharpen Polygons.
Sharpen > Sharpen Polygons - The goal of this step is to extend the polygon mesh to the newly defined edge, thus creating a sharp edge. When called by the Sharpening Wizard, Sharpen Polygons has/does not have XYZ. The OK button saves a sharpened polygon object to the Model Manager.
