Points > Filter Points (applicable to ordered data only) eliminates scan distortion, stretching, and overlap by eliminating points whose angle from the scanner beam exceeds a certain degree.
Deviation group -
Angle field - Low values filter out more points, maintaining points only from surfaces that are more perpendicular to the scanner beam. High values are analogous to wide vision, maintaining points from surfaces that are more parallel to the scanner beam.
Avoid Holes checkbox -
Display Direction checkbox - specifies whether to display an arrow that points toward the scanner device.
OK button - saves the filtered object to the Model Manager and closes the dialog.
Cancel button - terminates the dialog without saving the filtered ordered point object to the Model Manager.
