The Primitives Manager controls properties of the graphical display. The set of checkboxes depends on the type of object that is highlighted in the Model Manager.
Bounding Box - a wire-framed box that indicates the extent of an object in the Viewing Area
Model Axes - an indicator of the X, Y, and Z axes of the bounding box.

Alignment Points - (Geomagic Studio only) whether to display the alignment points created by Points > Define Alignment for the MicroScribe Digitizer.
