Fill Hole(s)       

Holes highlighted after meshing can be meshed over by using the Fill Holes command. 

  NOTE:  This function is only available for an imported mesh.  It is deactivated if the mesh has been generated.

Select the Fill Holes icon in the Workbench Toolbar to bring up the Meshing - Fill Holes dialog box, shown below.

Select the holes that you would like to fill.  Multiple holes can be selected by holding the Ctrl key.  Once you have selected the holes to be filled press the OK button in the Mesh - Fill Holes dialog box.  After selecting the holes you will be required to regenerate the model.  After regeneration has completed the selected holes will be filled.

The following illustrates the selected hole(s) to filled.
