Creates a new drawing layout. This stores the current view port arrangement as a layout associated with the current part. Once created, the layout can be selected by using the Layout, Select (View menu) command. Layouts are automatically saved with the part.
Name - Specifies a name for the new layout (to use with the Select Layout command).
Environment - Selects whether the layout is to apply to XY, ZX or Both.
