Profile dialog

Identifies a profile in a solid model, as a superseded feature.

Name - Specify a name (of up to eight characters) to be assigned to the feature in the browser.

Strategy - Select the appropriate feature identification strategy. You can choose from:

Individual Edges - Select one or more adjacent edges.

Face Loops - Select a loop (continuous closed profile) on the top face.

If selected edges do not form a continuous in the CPL a warning message is displayed. A feature will be created but the discontinuous edges are created as lines and/or arcs.
