Z Level Roughing (Superseded) dialog

You can use either of these strategies to rough cut surfaces:

Areaclear Lace

Here is a simple surface machined with the Z Level Roughing strategy Areaclear:

 
Here is the same surface machined using Z Level Roughing strategy Lace:

The Z Level cycles allow you to select geometry that limits the extent of the cycle. The geometry limiting the extent of the cycle is called the boundary.
