The Intermediate Slices tab offers you the ability to remove uncut material by inserting moves at Z levels that have previously been uncut.
The diagram shows, in solid font, the steps created on the wall of a pocket by using a large endmill tool and, in dashed font, the moves which could remove the material that has been left behind. Such moves are performed with the same radius tool before the following step is cut.
Specify the intermediate Z increment to determine the number of (dashed) secondary Z levels cut.
