Below is an illustration of the most complex type of hole (with 'Operation' in the General tab set to Combined). Fewer settings are available for other Operation settings. Instead of a 'Fillet Radius' there may be a 'Chamfer Angle' and 'Chamfer Distance'.
You can edit the properties (so the feature may no longer match its original solid geometry). However these changes are liable to be lost on re-loading the solid.
Check Preserve Depth if you want the height of the hole bottom to be unaffected by changes to the Level value (so increasing the Level value by 10 would also increase the Level value by 10, to keep the hole bottom at the same height).
