Creates a point using command parameters.
Arc Centre - Check to create a point at the centre of an existing arc.
Name - Specifies a name for the point entity. Use this name later to select the entity.
In EdgeCAM, you can also create a point using a free digitise or load point data from an ASCII file using the Insert, Point Data (File menu) command.
