Creates a Bezier curve entity.
Bezier curves are a subset of the more general B Spline curves. Mathematically, a Bezier curve is the same as a B Spline with a degree equal to the number of control points minus 1.
Possible uses for a Bezier curve might be as a simple way of creating a smooth fillet in a profile, or as a 'best fit' approximation amongst control points which you not interested in following too closely, except at the ends of the curve.
Tolerance - Specifies a value to alter the displayed smoothness
of the curve. Small tolerance values create smoother curves. Note that
this is a display function only and does not alter the mathematically
correct shape of the curve.
Name - Specifies a name for the Bezier curve entity. Use this name later to select the entity.
