Sometimes it is not possible to trim a surface as the surface curve intersects itself or contains a gap. This command allows you to edit the surface curve to produce a more useful curve.
First - Check to trim the first digitised surface curve, keeping the digitised end of the curve.
Second - Check to trim the second digitised surface curve, keeping the digitised end of the curve.
Break - Check to remove the line vector at the digitised point on the surface curve, creating a break.
Join - Check to join the digitised surface curves, providing that the end points are not further apart than the current System Tolerance setting (General tab of Preferences dialog - open from Options menu).
