Use this command to edit existing arc entities.
Start Angle - Sets the start angle of the arc
End Angle - Sets the end angle of the arc
Radius - Sets the radius of the arc
Divisions - Splits the line into the number of equal segments specified.
Layer - Resets the layer on which the entity is stored.
Colour - Resets the entity colour.
Style - Resets the entity line style.
Name - Specifies a name for the entity.
