When Indexing, you can now specify the CPL for the Output Coordinate System (that the NC code coordinates are relative to). You check CPL Datum and select the CPL from the Name list.
This applies to both the Milling and Mill/Turning environments (Milling is shown on the right).
Previously the Output Coordinate System automatically changed to the new 'Position To' CPL. Problems could then arise with setting the new datum on the machine (perhaps for features buried within the stock). You can now get round this as the new settings allow you to keep using the same coordinate system.
Note that the created Index instruction in the Sequence window shows the settings. This example shows the settings on the right:
