When using the Face Milling cycle with Mill Type set to Optimised, you can now opt for leads on all cutting passes - you might want the tool to competently clear the surface on all passes, for example.
You use the new Apply To setting:

Select First And Last Cut for the pre-Version 11 behaviour (this is the selection on opening old parts).
The Face Milling operation sets the cycle to All Cuts.
