Aligning the Body for Milling

Using the new Solids menu ► Align Body for Milling command, you can now orientate your solid to the current CPL, based on face and edge selections.

You click on, to select:

• The body face to be aligned with the CPL XY plane.

• The body edge to be aligned with the CPL axes.

• The point (vertex) of the body to be positioned at the CPL origin.

You can click again if necessary to select another face or edge, or to rotate the body °90 or °180 to a new orientation, before right-clicking to move on to the next selection.
