If the EdgeCAM updates Jobs (System menu) command is checked (the default setting) the selected job record will always be updated whenever an NC file is created.
Please be aware that inconsistent use of the job record capability - for example a failure to allocate unique job names to sequences - may result in incorrect data being stored
