Using the Facemilling Operation

1. Click on the Facemilling Operation button.

2. Digitise a start point for the facemilling cycle. You can use a ‘free’, ‘entity’ or ‘grid’ digitise to define the start point.

3. Digitise a direction for the cycle.

4. Digitise an end point for the cycle.

5. Complete the dialog box for the operation. Click on OK.

EdgeCAM now generates the toolpaths for the facemilling cycle, including any moves to position the tool.
