The superseded operations are not available in the standard configurations (default.config); they do not appear in any menus or toolbars.
To use a superseded operation, copy 'pre V9 operations.config' from:
installation_folder\Cam\Examples\Custom Configs\Mill Profile
to:
installation_folder\Cam\Support\Generic
Profile
Then select the pre-V9 configuration to be restored. (Note that this does not apply to the Surfaces operation and Pencil Milling operation. For these you will need to add a command, as described below).
The superseded operations now appear in the Operations menu. (Note that once an operation becomes superseded, in any subsequent installations the operation no longer has an icon.)
Alternatively you can add the operation's command from the Superseded Cycles category to a menu or toolbar of your choice.
