In the Display toolbar (see where) click Zoom Window.
To zoom in and out:
Roll the mouse wheel backwards and forwards.
To zoom to an area of the screen:

Click in the view and drag out the box outline
to enclose
the area you want to zoom in to. Release the mouse button.
To fill the view with the part:
