Right-click on a list in one of the tooling utilities (in the Technology Assistant window for example) to see a shortcut menu.
Most of the options provide alternative methods; the Create option duplicates the Create button for example.
Here are some notes on selected items (you might not see all of these,
depending on the utility):

An alternative to the Print button. Starts a wizard for printing the active list contents. Prints the tools list for example, as you see it (that is after any filtering has been applied). The wizard presents many formatting options, including a choice between printer output and file output (comma separated text or HTML). |

Columns |
Allows you to display or hide columns and set their order, for example. See Configuring and Sorting the Lists. |

Add to Marked Jobs |
Adds the selected jobs to the Marked list, so that they appear in a separate report page, accessed via a link in the main Job Reports Welcome page. |

Reports Images |
Opens a dialog for managing job images. |
